Great show, turned up half way through W.D. and they were owning the audience by then, making the most awesome racket for two guys...

Fu Manchu have never been a major obsession of mine, for some reason way back I got into Nebula first and usually listen to them over Fu, as such i'm not an expert on their individual songs but I was totally blown away by them this night. Unrelenting energy through the whole show and the crowd were nuts for pretty much the whole thing, I had to move back a bit for fear of falling over one too many times.

Scott Hill is an imposing presence, rarely standing still for a second, the same goes for the rest of them too, and he went through about three different clear acrylic gats through the show. Great night and I helped hand out some fliers for Nebula's gig on the 13th Feb, pix to come!

Word. To be honest I'd have to say that King of the Road was their last great album, but whilst they might not reach that plateau again in the studio, there's no doubt in my mind they'll still raise the roof live as good as they ever have for years to come. Come back Fu
